Event Planner

Use the following Event Planner to help guide you through the planning of your next event. By walking you through the process and asking detailed questions about your event we will help to ensure that your next event is a success!  
This checklist contains the most common party rental equipment, but does not include a detailed list of all the equipment we have available. Please review our Catalog Pages for complete information on all equipment.  
To use the Event Planner please mark the checklist buttons "Yes" for the items, which you will require. Use the memo box at the end to let us know about any special equipment requests or questions that you might have.  
When you have completed the checklist you can either press the "Submit" button at the bottom to send the Event Planner to us or use your browser's "print" function to print the page. If you submit your Event Planner page to us a representative of Prime Time Party Rental will contact you to assist you in selecting the proper colors, quantities, sizes and types of equipment you need based on the information that you provide.  
If you choose to print this page you can call or stop by our store to have an Event Planning Specialist personally assist you with making the final preparations for your event.
